Event Description: Annual Convention for Xponential Fitness, the umbrella company for 8 boutique fitness gyms including: AKT, Club Pilates, Cycle Bar, Pure Barre, StretchLab, Stride, Row House, and YogaSix. 3 Day convention for 1,900 attendees at the Fountainbleau Miami.
Responsibilities:
Event Registration and development
Produce, Design and Publish event app
Floor plans and scheduling
Oversaw all onsite Branding for all 8 Brands + Sponsors
Design and manage all printed/digital graphics
Oversaw all temp event staff
Managed a team of 10 producers
