Event Description: Annual Convention for Xponential Fitness, the umbrella company for 8 boutique fitness gyms including: AKT, Club Pilates, Cycle Bar, Pure Barre, StretchLab, Stride, Row House, and YogaSix. 3 Day convention for 1,900 attendees at the Wynn Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:

• Event Registration and development

• Produce, Design and Publish event app

• Floorplans and scheduling

• Oversaw all onsite Branding for all 8 Brands + Sponsors

• Design and manage all printed/digital graphics

• Oversaw all temp event staff

• Managed a team of 10 producers
